We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual who is keen to develop a career in marketing and complete the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship. You’ll have experience using social media, be confident with Microsoft Office applications, and possess strong communication, organisational and digital skills.

To support the College’s marketing activity across social media, website content, research and asset management. The apprentice will train towards a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification while working on live College channels and projects, gaining experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing and marketing operations.

The role helps build the College’s reputation, support student recruitment, and strengthen relationships with key audiences – while developing professional skills and industry knowledge.

Key Tasks:

  • Help plan and deliver marketing campaigns and learn how success is measured.
  • Support website updates, including course information and accessibility improvements, and build working knowledge of the CMS.
  • Create, schedule and publish content for social media, the website, email marketing and TikTok, in line with brand guidelines.
  • Support day-to-day social media activity – engaging with followers and responding to comments.
  • Support basic SEO work, including content updates and FAQs.
  • Gain exposure to paid digital campaigns, such as Meta advertising, supporting the team with basic tasks.
  • Maintain the digital asset library, keeping it accurate, organised, tagged and GDPR compliant.
  • Support research, audience analysis and basic performance reporting.
  • Maintain accurate data in the CRM system, supporting data cleansing, segmentation and
    email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on content, photography requests, events and promotional activity, in line with GDPR, copyright and accessibility standards.
  • Keep up to date with marketing trends and suggest how they might apply to the College.
  • Support the wider team with admin tasks and open events.
