As part of the Devon & Cornwall Training Providers Network’s ongoing commitment to supporting the communities in which we operate, we have developed the Business Skills… Your Way! Directory – Devon Edition, which we are launching at this year’s Devon Business Show.
Aimed at employers and businesses across the region who are looking for the skills and training they need to support workforce development and in-work career progression and upskilling, the directory provides businesses with impartial, clear and up-to-date information on the range of post-16 training, skills and qualifications available.
Whether you are a large levy-paying employer or a smaller enterprise, we hope that our directory will provide you with information that allows you to:
- Access information on the training available in the region.
- Understand the different routes that exist to enable career progression and the closing of skills gaps.
- De-mystify some of the terminology and myths around training and skills.
- Identify a local provider to help you navigate the options open to you, including funding and employer incentives.
