We support people across torbay, South Devon, Exeter and Plymouth to overcome barriers, unlock potential and progress into employment or further training. Through specialist post-16 education for SEND learners, supported internships and targeted adult skills programmes, we create practical routes into work. Our offer includes SWAPs, Supported Employment through Connect to Work, the Torbay Youth Hub and NEET-focused programmes such as The King’s Trust Team and LEAP, combining personalised support with real-world experience.
