The countdown is on for National Apprenticeship Week 2025.
The country’s annual focus on all things apprenticeships will take place from 10 to 16 February 2025 and is an excellent opportunity to raise awareness but to also celebrate all the great benefits that apprenticeships bring, not only to individuals but to employers too.
The Department for Education has announced the theme of the week as Skills for Life, and is are a wide range of resources and information that can be accessed to help schools, employers and individuals find out more.
The Devon and Cornwall Training Provider Network (DCTPN) team are already ramping up activity for what promises to be a bumper week of activity across the country.
We are always super busy here in the South West, and the DCTPN and its training provider members will be engaged in a number of activities, including:
- Attendance at school careers fairs
- Giving student talks
- Delivering CV writing/application workshops
- Supporting schools with mock interview sessions for students getting ready to leave school in the summer
- And much, much more!
Visit the National Apprenticeship Week site for information on events and activities taking place across the country – there is even a map showing everything that is going on, which is being updated all the time you can take a look here.
