The hair and beauty industry employs more than 245,000 people and has an annual turnover in the region of £6.2 billion.

The sector offers a range of job opportunities and careers, which include; nails, beauty, hair and spa, and specialisms in areas such as:

  • Aromatherapy
  • Barbering
  • Beauty Therapy
  • Massage
  • Nail Technician.

You can enter the sector in a number of ways, including:
