"Completing the level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship has provided a wealth of knowledge and improved my confidence massively. It was a challenge to see if I still had the ability to learn something new as a “mature” student (it was a long time since I was in a classroom) but after 14 months of hard work and a lot of effort I received a distinction.

My tutor was very supportive and adapted the style of learning to our needs as a group through the pandemic. This made the course enjoyable and nullified any additional stress the pandemic could have caused."
