You’ll learn how to prove, bake and finish products to the highest standards while playing an important role in maintaining a safe, hygienic and professional bakery environment.

At the end of the apprenticeship, you will get a Baker level 2 qualification.
You will attend Yeovil College every Tuesday morning for Theory sessions plus 7 practical sessions on a Monday throughout the course. The rest of the time you will be working and training alongside our bakers at our Bakery in Bruton.
